Congratulations to Nicole! You are the winner for the Kiddo Tags giveaway! Look out for an email soon!
Recently I went on a search for labels for kids items. I needed something that would work to identify my preschooler’s backpack, toys that went to school for show and tell and something that would work on a water bottle and not peel off. There are so many different companies out there that sell labels, but I found one that is a real winner for me on many points. KiddoTags.com is a mom-run business that sells reasonably priced labels in an assortment of sizes, types, colors, fonts, and variations! From stick on to iron on, from skinny to round, they sell labels for every kid (and parent!)
I initially ordered the value pack that had an assortment of sizes with a total of 132 labels. The pencil thin tags went on pencils, of course, but also the hat of my son’s Halloween costume, the inside tag on his jacket, and inside his backpack on a tag. The cute, squishy, foam bag tag went on the outside zipper of his backpack. A polka dot tag went on the bottom of his Sigg water bottle and has survived multiple dish washings (in the dishwasher and by hand) and still looks brand new. The mini tags go everywhere: inside a book, on the back of toys, and on clothing tags. The shoe dots went inside the rain boots. There are lots of labels, but these will be used for everything as he goes through school.
Designing my kiddo tag was half the fun. There are over 50 character icons, 10 different colors, 18 different fonts and 8 shapes and styles/types to choose from for personalizing your child’s tags. Kiddo tags are dishwasher and microwave safe, waterproof, weather-proof (UV-Resistant) and scuff-proof. As mentioned earlier, after repeated washings, the tag on the water bottle still looks brand new! Included with your purchase is a 30-day money back guarantee! For orders in the USA over $30, shipping is free.
Kiddo Tags also sells iron on labels for clothing. While I did not try them out, I expect that they would be of the same high quality as the stick-on tags. I did use the stick on tags on clothing labels where I could fold the tag around the label and have it stick to both sides of the label. So far, they stay stuck and help in identifying my son’s coat at school.
Kiddos Tags are perfect for kids in school or daycare, and they are great for families with several children. With multiple kids in a family, each kid can have their own design and color tag or a family tag with just the last name can be designed for use by all. Kiddo tags can go on bottles, cups, backpacks, lunch bags, books, toys, pencil boxes, shoes…there are just so many uses for this nifty little item. Kiddo Tags would also make a wonderful gift! There are so many options to choose from, you could easily cross off several gifts from your list by ordering personalized tags for your favorite kids. Please check out the website, Kiddo Tags, for details on all of the fun designs and styles offered.
I was so impressed with Kiddo Tags that I contacted the company and offered to do a review. As a thank you for contacting them and helping promote this mom-run company, I received a set of 30 mini kiddos and a “dwink” cup for my son. Designing a second set of tags was just as fun and the dwink cup ( a juice box holder) is awesome. My son loved sticking his new tag on it so that everyone would know it’s his. Gabby, the mom behind Kiddo Tags, also graciously offered Mama’s readers a chance to win their own set of 30 mini Kiddos Tags (2” x ¾”) that can be customized, along with a choice of a pink or blue “dwink” cup!
